Somebody actually picks up.
Calls are answered by a person in our Sunbeam Road office weekdays, 9am to 5pm — not a queue and not an answering service. We get back to emails quickly. Scheduling is the thing reviewers thank us for first, which tells you how rare it has become.
The same people, start to finish.
Reviewers tend to name the person who booked the work and the person who showed up to do it. That is the size of company we are — a family business where the same handful of people stay with your project from the first visit to the final walkthrough, and where your job is ours to manage whoever we bring in to help build it.
People come back, and they send friends.
One of the reviews above is a repeat customer, back for the second time. Referrals and past customers are one of the largest sources of work we get — which is the only review metric that really matters to us.
How a five-star job actually runs
A rating is a result, not a method. The method is unglamorous, and it is the same on every project we take:
- A person answers the phone weekdays 9am to 5pm, and your inquiry goes into our system the moment we hang up.
- Every estimate happens in person. We tried quoting remotely and it did not hold up — we would rather stand in your yard.
- Your written quote lands promptly after that visit.
- After you approve it: engineering comes first, then we submit for permits and tell you your county's real timeline, wildcards and all.
- If you have an HOA, we prepare the submission documents. You submit them, and the board's meeting calendar sets the pace from there.
- Install follows once the permit is in hand.
- Military and first responder discounts available.

We would genuinely rather hear it from you than read it later. Call the office weekdays between 9am and 5pm and you will get a person who can do something about it — no ticket number, no runaround. Fixing the problem is the point; the review can say whatever it honestly needs to say afterwards.
