Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share with St. Johns Outdoors.
Last updated August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information St. Johns Outdoors LLC collects through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you give us, we use it to answer you and to quote and build your project, and we do not sell it. By using this site or submitting a form here, you agree to the practices described below.
Who we are
St. Johns Outdoors LLC is an outdoor living contractor based at 4949 Sunbeam Rd #2, Jacksonville, FL 32257. We design and build paver driveways, patios and pool decks, hardscape features such as seating walls and elevation changes, landscape design and lighting, fire pits and fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and screen and aluminum structures for homeowners in Jacksonville, St. Johns County and the surrounding Northeast Florida communities listed on our service areas page. This policy covers this website. It does not cover other companies' websites we may link to.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit a contact or estimate request, that may include your name, phone number, email address, project address or community, and any details you write about the work you are considering. If you call us, we keep the notes we need to schedule and quote your project.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, which is used to keep the site running and secure. If and when we enable website analytics, it may set cookies that measure aggregate, non-identifying usage. See “Cookies and analytics” below.
We do not ask for or store payment-card or bank information through this website, and we do not collect Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers here.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and answer your questions.
- To schedule and carry out an in-person estimate, and to prepare and send your written quote.
- To plan, permit, and build an approved project, including preparing the documents you submit to your HOA.
- To contact you by phone, email, or text message about your request or your job in progress.
- To keep the business records we are required or reasonably need to keep.
- To maintain, secure, and improve this website.
How your information is shared
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to do the work or run the business, specifically with:
- Service providers that operate this site and deliver form submissions to our team, such as our website host and email-delivery provider.
- The customer-management system our office uses to track your estimate and project.
- Engineers, permit offices, and county or municipal building departments, where a permit application requires your name and property address.
- Suppliers and service providers who need your address and project details to deliver materials or carry out part of the project.
- Anyone else you ask us to share with, and any party we are required to disclose to by law.
Cookies and analytics
We keep cookies to a minimum. The cookies this site sets are either strictly necessary for it to function, or analytics cookies used to understand aggregate site usage — never to identify you personally. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner in the lower-left corner of this site, and you can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Declining does not affect your ability to use the site or reach us.
Calls, texts, and email
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request and your project. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by telling the person you are speaking with, replying STOP to a text, or calling the office. We do not use your number for marketing lists we sell or share.
Data retention and security
We keep the information you send only as long as we need it to serve you and to maintain accurate business, warranty, and permit records, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to safeguard what we hold and to limit access to the people who need it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us, and you can opt out of further contact at any time. Call the office and we will handle it. Some records tied to a permitted or completed project may need to be retained where the law requires it.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, call us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and the current version always governs.
