Everyone who works here

Eleven of the fourteen people here have a real headshot. The remaining three render as initials, because we would rather show you a letter than a stranger from a stock photo library. The names and the roles are accurate either way.

Every project is managed by us from the first call to the final walkthrough — one company, one schedule, one number to call about any part of it, whoever is holding the tools that day.

Who you actually deal with, in order

A backyard project passes through several sets of hands, and the usual complaint about this trade is that the person who sold it to you disappears the moment the deposit clears. Here is who you meet and when, so you know which name to ask for at any point.

01

Someone here picks up.

Weekdays 9 to 5 the phone is answered by a person at our office, not a call center or an answering service. Your project is written into our system on that call, and we get back to emails quickly.

02

A salesperson comes out.

Estimates happen at your property, standing in the space. We tried quoting remotely and it did not stick — too much of what decides a design is grade, drainage and what the house already looks like.

03

The office runs the paperwork.

Your written quote follows promptly after that visit. Engineering comes first, then we submit the permit. If your HOA needs a package, we prepare it and you submit it.

04

Then it gets built.

Install follows once the permit is in hand, county timelines allowing. The build runs on one schedule with one point of accountability, and the same names run your project from the first call to the last day on site.

Permitting is the part nobody in the industry controls, and it is where honest people and optimistic people part company. We would rather tell you at the estimate that Duval County has run anywhere been genuinely unpredictable than tell you what you want to hear and explain it later.

Design is a credential here, not a sales word

Bruno Adaro is our Director of Hardscapes. He is a certified landscape designer and a Florida-Friendly Landscaping Certified Professional, which is the part that separates a real design from a salesperson sketching a rectangle on a clipboard.

What it means in practice is that the structure and the planting get worked out on the same drawing. Where the wall goes decides where the beds go; where the beds go decides where the lighting goes; and all of it has to survive Florida sun, Florida rain and a lawn crew with a string trimmer. Plants chosen for the spot they are actually in need less water and less replacing later.

It also means we will tell you when a job is not for us. Whole-property design work is what Bruno does; if what you want is a front flower bed freshened up, we will say so rather than sell you a design you do not need.

What you can expect from us

Adam's own test for how this company should run is simple: we just want it to be true. So it is worth saying what that looks like on a normal Tuesday rather than leaving it as something painted on a truck.

The timeline you are given is the one we actually expect, including the county part we cannot control. The quote arrives in writing, with the scope spelled out — before you commit, not after. If we open up the ground and find something that changes the job, you hear about it that day, from us, not at the end on an invoice.

There is no price list on this site because there is no honest one to publish, and there are no countdown clocks or inflated-then-slashed offers, because they are lies. Military and first responder discounts available.

Where you'll find us

We work out of an office at 4949 Sunbeam Rd #2 in Jacksonville and answer the phone there Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. It is a real staffed office rather than a mailbox, and the people named on this page are the ones you get when you call (904) 925-3089.

Outside of work, the team holds two seats in a local BNI chapter and the company is a member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association. Much of the team attends The Church of Eleven22 together.

We build across Jacksonville and St. Johns County, north to Fernandina Beach, south as far as Palm Coast and no further, and west through Orange Park, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs and Middleburg.
