Tell us about the project

A sentence or two is plenty to start with. Someone from our office reads every message and gets back to you quickly to book the visit.

Estimates are free, and they happen in person

There is no charge for the visit and no obligation at the end of it. We come out, measure properly, talk through what will actually work on your property, and the written quote follows promptly. Military and first responder discounts available.

Our office on Sunbeam Road

We work out of one office, at 4949 Sunbeam Rd #2, Jacksonville, FL 32257. It is staffed on weekdays, so if you would rather talk to someone face to face than over the phone, you can. Call ahead when you plan to come by — estimators and crews are out on properties most of the day, and a quick call means the right person is here when you arrive.

What happens after you get in touch

No mystery, and no queue you never hear from again. This is the same sequence for a single patio and for a whole-property build.

01

A person answers

Weekdays nine to five, the phone is picked up in our Jacksonville office — not by a call center and not by an answering service. Your details go into our system straight away so nothing depends on someone remembering to write it down.

02

We come and look

A salesperson meets you at the property. Every estimate is in person and there is no charge for it. We tried quoting remotely and it did not stick — you cannot see grade, drainage or what is under an existing slab from a satellite image.

03

Written quote promptly

Your quote arrives in writing promptly after that visit, with the scope spelled out rather than described over the phone. If anything about the scope changes later, you get it in writing again.

04

Engineering, permit, install

Approve the quote and the project goes to engineering, then to your county for a permit. Work on site typically begins once the permit is in hand.

What you will not get from us

You will not get a price over the phone before anyone has seen the site, because that number would be wrong and we would both know it. You will not get a deadline invented to make you sign this week. And you will not get a discount that only exists because the price went up first.

What you will get is a straight answer, including when the answer is no. Whole-property landscape design is work we take on; a border around a single flower bed is not. Palm Coast is the southern edge of where we work and we will say so rather than drive down and hope. If your project is not a fit, you will hear that on the phone rather than after a wasted afternoon.

The scope is spelled out on the quote, so you can read what is included before you decide instead of taking a salesperson's word for it.

Useful to have ready

None of this is required — call us with none of it and we will still come out. It just makes the first visit go further.

  • The address of the property, and whether you own it or are still under contract
  • Roughly what you want the space to do — cook, swim, sit by a fire, park two cars
  • Whether there is an HOA, and whether you have already spoken to them
  • Any photos or a rough sketch, even a phone photo of the back of the house
  • Whether other trades are already scheduled — a pool build, a re-roof, a fence
  • The best window to reach you, and whether text is easier than a call
